The derma roller is an amazing little piece of equipment you should keep in your anti wrinkle tool-kit.  All you need to do is use it three or four times per week and watch your wrinkles slowly disappear.

How Does It Work?

This 'skin needling' device is covered in approximately 192 'gamma sterilized' surgical steel needles which are approximately 1mm in length.  When rolled gently over your facial skin (or troubled skin area) it lightly punctures the top layer of your skin (dermis layer), this then encourages collagen production.

When collagen is produced, it starts the skin rejuvenating process where it sheds old, dead (and wrinkled) skin cells and renews them with new, plump and juicy ones.

Therefore, by using the derma roller about three or four times a week, you will be putting your collagen production into overdrive and renewing skin cells at a much faster rate than normal.

Don't forget to exfoliate or use a dry skin brush about twice per week to help slough off those dead skin cells to make way for the new ones.  Also, by using the derma roller in combination with exfoliation and/or dry skin brushing, you will also be allowing your skin to glow along with a very healthy, younger-looking pink complexion!

Safe To Use At Home?

You might be wandering if this device is safe to use yourself at home.  Well, yes it is as long as you use it sensibly and adhere to the strict instructions.  The size of the needles play an important part of your safety.  For example, you will need slightly longer needs if you want to get rid of a deep scar.

For home use you are only able to buy a derma roller with a needle size between 0.5mm and 1.5mm, anything longer should not be used on the face when doing this yourself at home.
