You don't have to start with everything that is covered on this site all in one go, but break it down into little steps and just implement one thing at a time.
Eventually each step will be formed as a new habit and it will feel as natural as it can be without even thinking about it.
Did you know that wrinkled, sagging skin is not an inevitable result of getting older? It's only a result of not looking after yourself properly and not leading a healthy lifestyle.

Of course let's be sensible about this in that you cannot stay looking 25 when you're in your sixties. But if you're in your sixties then it is certainly possible to look ten years younger!
Write Up Your Plan of Action
So get out a pen and paper or open Word on your PC and write down the categories as in the table below (food, beverages, nutrition and health). Now that you've got you anti aging system in hand, you want to figure out what you want to start with. Just to remind you, here are the categories on this site showing you different ways to help reverse aging.

This is a personal anti aging guide you should be writing up for yourself specifically for you so be sure to choose things which you like or like doing.
For example, if you could do with losing some weight and need to do some exercise, then follow the pages in the Foods and Exercising pages.
From those pages devise and follow a healthy eating plan with the healthy foods which you like and you can happily consume on a daily basis. As for the exercising, well what do you like doing? Swimming, walking, gardening, aerobics? Find something you like doing so you don't get bored and give up on it after a few weeks.
Another example, are you concentrating on preventing/correcting wrinkles on your face? If so, follow the advice in the Wrinkle Free Skin pages, making sure you also tackle wrinkles from within first by eating healthy foods and eating plenty of antioxidants.
