A wrinkle free skin care regime is all about getting rid of those unwanted wrinkles. You've tried to prevent them the best you can, but they're starting to appear anyway.
First of all, it's a good idea to find out what causes wrinkles in the first place.
Then when you have a good understanding as to what the cause of wrinkles is (the sun, smoking and free radical damage), you can then confidently put a wrinkle free skincare regime in place.

I'm sure you've heard the expression 'beauty comes from within' or something similar. Well, this is true. Basically 'You are what you eat'! So if you live on fries/chips, pizza and burgers then your figure and your skin will reflect so.
Wrinkles can actually be controlled from the inside too. Not many people are aware of this but it's true. But first and foremost, you must keep out of the sun (and/or sunbeds) as this is the no.1 wrinkle creator!
So, getting back to wrinkles being caused from the inside, if you've read the page on the causes of wrinkles, then you'll know all about free radical damage to our skin cells. So what you need to do now is to counteract those free radicals with antioxidants.
Antioxidants are found in good nutritious foods and if eaten in abundance, they can be very powerful against attacking (and winning) the free radical war on our skin cells. This leaves us with much plumper, smoother and less wrinkled skin - all purely by eating plenty of antioxidant rich foods.
If you want to take this a step further, then it's recommended that you eat at least a 60% raw food diet. This is because hot and cold (ice cream) food have a detrimental affect on our enzymes, minerals and vitamins which leads to free radical damage destroying our cell tissues, which ultimately leads to poor skin complexion and wrinkles. Once you adjust your diet and start eating a healthy, nutritious daily diet for your skin and health, then you can start looking at how you're going to treat your skin from the outside.
As you know there a gazillion anti wrinkle creams on the market so there isn't one specific cream I can recommend to you. But I can recommend some ingredients to look out for when choosing a wrinkle moisturizing cream for your face and neck.
I can also recommend some nifty little techniques and tools to use to help reduce those wrinkles to keep you looking younger for longer. These are tips that I've learnt as an Anti Aging Therapist and also some that I've picked up purely by researching deeper into anti aging and more specifically, at keeping those dreaded wrinkles at bay!
So I thought I would have an anti wrinkle skincare section here to give you all these tips and advice on skin care to prevent wrinkles and also as a solution to treat existing wrinkles.
